Dr Noreen Malik graduated from the University of Manchester in 2003 and completed her vocational training in Leyland. She joined The Tooth Place in 2004 and has since been a long-standing member of our team. With a focus on NHS dentistry, Noreen is passionate about general care and is known for her friendly, calming approach. She aims to ensure patients feel at ease during every visit. Outside of the clinic, she’s a busy mum of three who enjoys walks and watching thrillers when she gets a moment to herself.

Dr Amjad Chaudhary earned his BDS from the University of Sheffield in 1999, followed by an MFDS from the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2002. He completed an MSc in Dental Implantology at the University of Salford and a postgraduate qualification in Teaching and Learning in Clinical Practice at UCLan, both in 2011. With over 15 years as an Educational Supervisor for newly qualified dentists (appointed by NHS England), Amjad brings a wealth of experience, particularly in oral surgery and complex extractions, and also treatment of nervous patients with IV sedation.

Graduating with honours from the University of Manchester in 2016, Dr Anum Saleem is a compassionate and detail-oriented clinician. Her dedication to improving dental outcomes is matched by a drive to stay current with advancements in the field. She has pursued further training in endodontics, composite restorations, and oral cancer, reflecting her commitment to ongoing learning and patient-focused care.

Dr Ria Gupta graduated from the University of Birmingham and has since been providing quality NHS and private care across Greater Manchester. She offers a range of treatments, including cosmetic fillings, crowns, bridges, Invisalign, and Enlighten whitening. Her goal is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where every patient feels heard and confident in their smile. Off-duty, Ria is an avid actress and cook — though she admits it’s the eating she loves most!

A 2023 graduate of Newcastle University, Dr Alice Porter brings energy, enthusiasm, and a love for aesthetic dentistry to our team. Originally from a farm on the East Yorkshire coast, Alice enjoys combining NHS and private treatments to meet patient goals. Her passions include netball and spending quality time with family and friends.

Dr Simra Parvez, a recent graduate of Newcastle University (2024), is currently completing her Foundation Training year. She believes in a personalised approach to oral health education, helping patients take charge of their dental well-being. Simra is known for her caring nature and commitment to continual development. Outside the clinic, she enjoys staying active at the gym and relaxing with loved ones.

A 2015 graduate of the University of Liverpool, dental therapist Wasima Khatun provides a wide range of treatments including fillings, impressions, and X-rays. She has a special interest in paediatric care and aesthetic restorations. A keen traveller, Wasima has also volunteered her dental expertise in refugee camps across Asia, reflecting her compassionate nature and global outlook.

Rima Miah graduated from UCLan in 2024 and has a keen interest in cosmetic dentistry, especially anterior composite restorations. With a passion for helping patients smile confidently, she remains up-to-date with the latest techniques inaesthetic dentistry. Outside of work, Rima enjoys time with her family, cooking, and staying fit at the gym — a balance that supports her holistic approach to patient care.
